Choose the type of treatment you’re interested in and go through the simple preapproval process, which is found on each of our Treatment Pages. Depending on your goals and health history, you may need to have a video conference with one of our physicians to determine your personalized program. The doctor may request that you provide a blood sample to ensure best results from treatment. We send sample kits in discreet packaging to your door. They are very easy to use and are painless–seriously.
After doctor review, your prescriptions will ship direct to you with instructions and any further recommendations, i.e. regarding nutrition and activity/exercise. Your doctor will also be available throughout treatment to answer your questions and make any adjustments to make sure you’re getting the best results possible.

Schedule a ConsultationYes, your physician will provide you with a prescription, following a review of your health history via video conference and in some cases a blood sample, which you can easily do at home and send back to us.
We offer two membership rates:
Basic – $25/month to access our discounted medications that don’t require lab testing
Premium – $149/month for everything Vitality Nation offers: periodic lab testing, physician consultations, and complete access to all of our medications.

You will be prompted to schedule a conference and receive an email confirmation. Before your appointment, it’s helpful to set up in a quiet, private location so you and the doctor can clearly communicate and discuss your health and medical history without interruption. A reliable WiFi connection is optimal.
Yes, we ask that you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
